Sr. Specialist, Innovation Catalyst
LinkedInJennifer has been an innovator since designing a paper CRM for her mother’s salon at age 8. Since then, she has owned several businesses of her own. Always solving problems, she built a career in marketing in higher education before moving into IT. Her career there started with taking apart computers and putting them back together and now she combines both sets of skills building digital products that customers rave about!
Her philosophy is “move towards discomfort” and has learned that’s where the magic happens. She believes that “innovation means breaking things and putting them back together in a new, better way.” Creating an amazing experience for customers is usually the only thing on her mind…
“If I weren’t so darn good at my job, I’d probably be a costume designer.”
“The most inspiring part of my job is creating things that solve problems for others.”
“When I was 5, I was pretty sure I’d be whatever I put my mind to!”
